Atkinson & Company values its relationships with associates who provide representation in jurisdictions other than Europe or the UK. It is our duty to instruct high quality professionals when clients require representation in these other jurisdictions. We also encourage associates to make use of our services when their own direct clients require representation in Europe and the UK as a foreign territory. We are pleased to be instructed as "the foreign associate" for European and UK patent applications, and to provide advice concerning patentability before the respective patent offices. We are also pleased to provide advice regarding the differences between taking the European regional or UK national route.
